What content will be featured in the zine?

  • The SFW zine will contain artwork and written works featuring Ares with and without his fellow kin from the Hades game, including platonic and romantic relationships - check out this list here for more information. The SFW zine also contains an exclusive interview with none other than Cyrus Nemati, Ares’ voice actor!
  • The NSFW zine will contain sexual content with Ares featured solo as well as in M/M, M/F, and polyamorous relationships. This zine will contain explicit sexual nudity and will not be sold to those under the age of 18.
  • Both zines may contain blood, violence and various artwork and written work featuring thematic elements and content from the game. Specific content warnings are provided at the beginning of each written work.

What charity will proceeds go to?

  • All funds will be donated to the Mines Advisory Group. Their mission is to find and destroy landmines, cluster munitions and unexploded bombs in places affected by conflict. Since 1989, they have helped over 19 million people in 68 countries rebuild their lives and livelihoods after war. For more information, visit their website here.

When will I receive my order? 

  • Physical orders will ship out from the United States within 10 business days of the purchase date. All buyers will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of their order being shipped.
  • Digital PDFs will be sent out once a week. Please be sure to check your spam folder for the email.
  • Some areas are still affected by COVID-19 and shipping times may be delayed. If you have any concerns about potential delays, please reach out via the Contact Form at the top of the page as soon as possible.

Will you be shipping to the UK/EU?

  • Yes! Buyers from the UK/EU are able to purchase products from our store and will be responsible for any VAT fees upon delivery.

What if I need to edit my address?

  • Please use the Contact Form at the top of the page. If your package has already shipped buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend or redirect the package.

I’m having trouble when I try to check out, what should I do?

  • Try using an incognito tab, private mode or clearing the cookies in your web browser. If those don’t work, reach out and we’ll be happy to help!

Please review the following information regarding our refund policies:

We will ONLY be responsible for refunding:

  • Orders that have not arrived due to negligence in organizing - such as the address on the postal label does not match the address provided with the order.
  • Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake - such as incorrect/missing items, defected merch that is not caused by negligent handling by the delivery service.

We will NOT be responsible for refunding:

  • Lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • Orders that are shipped to the buyer's old address due to us not receiving an address change notice.
  • Orders that are damaged during shipment or through mishandling by the shipping company. Once the parcel has been shipped, we no longer have any control over what happens to your item, and will not be offering refunds or replacements.
